Brian is the founder of Lodestone Law. He holds a B.A. from Clark University, where he graduated cum laude with Honors from the political science department. He received his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as a senior editor and student author for the Charleston Law Review. Brian spent a year after law school clerking for the Hon. Justice Kaye G. Hearn on the Supreme Court of South Carolina before returning to Grand Junction to work as an associate attorney at another area law firm. He established Lodestone Law in 2018.

Brian has varied interests outside of work, including telemark and cross-country skiing, hiking, hunting, karate, and golf. He is active in the local bar as the Vice-President of the Mesa County Bar Association and the organizer of the MCBA’s bi-monthly Call-a-lawyer program. He is also active in the community as a member of Mesa Lodge #55.
