Rates
We bill for most projects on an hourly basis. Our current rates are $225/hour for attorneys and $125/hour for paralegals. We also offer some services on a fixed fee basis. We bill for our work on a monthly basis and accept payments via cash, check, or credit card. We typically require a deposit before starting a new project. The deposit is placed in our trust account until it is earned by us, and is fully refundable at any time, less any outstanding charges on your account.
Communication
We value clear and frequent communication with our clients. Our office at 101 S. 3rd Street, #310, in downtown Grand Junction, CO, is open Tuesday – Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and we can regularly be reached over email and phone. We try to reply to all emails and phone calls within twenty-four hours. We also aim to complete all projects on the timelines we set, and for long-term projects, we try to regularly update our clients on the progress of their matter until it is complete.
